AOS Orwell scholarship for Nigerian students 2021-22 | how to apply

The AOS Orwell scholarship scheme provide funding for undergraduate students in Nigeria. Application for the scholarship is now open for 2021/2022 academic year.

AOS Orwell is an Indigenous Oilfield Servicing Companies in Nigeria, and operates in Rivers State. This scholarship  is part of the company’s social responsibility to its host community.

AOS Orwell scholarship is available to study a bachelor’s degree in Engineering only.

Who can apply?

To be eligible for AOS Orwell scholarship, an applicant must:

1. Be a Nigerian student.

2. Be a student of Rivers State University (RSU).

3. Currently be in 200 level (that is, admitted in the 2018/2019 academic year).

4. Be studying Engineering.

5. Have a CGPA of at least 3.5 in a 5-point grading system.

6. Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship (National or International).

You will need the following documents to apply for AOS Orwell scholarship:

  • O’ Level Result
  • JAMB Result
  • School ID card
  • Admission Letter
  • Local Government Identification document and
  • Passport photograph
