This scholarship is open to citizens and residents of EU member states:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Am I eligible to apply?
To be eligible for Lancaster EU transition scholarship, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Be an EU national (any of the countries mentioned above);
2. For undergraduate degree, you must achieve AAA at A level, or equivalent;
3. For postgraduate taught degree, you must achieve equivalent of a UK first class bachelor’s degree;
4. Must be in receipt of either a conditional or unconditional admission offer to study at Lancaster University for October 2021 entry. And you must have accepted the admission.

NOTE:
Fully funded applicants are not eligible for Lancaster EU transition scholarship. Partially funded applicants for less than 50% of their tuition fees are eligible for the scholarship.
How to apply for the scholarship
There’s no separate application form for this scholarship. Applicants are automatically considered for Lancaster EU transition scholarship as part of your application to study at Lancaster.
The awards will be confirmed automatically for 2021 entry throughout Lancaster admission cycle. If you meet the stated eligibility criteria to be awarded, your scholarship will be confirmed.
