Entrance scholarship in Canada 2024

This International Entrance Scholarship is an annual award available to international students. The scholarship is awarded to study an undergraduate degree at University of Calgary, Canada.

Applications are now open for the 2023/24 academic year.

Each year, the University of Calgary make these scholarships available to incoming first-year international students. If you are applying to the university for a bachelor’s degree, you could be eligible for an award.

Though not a full scholarship, the amount is enough to supplement your academic expenses at Calgary to a great extent.

What’s in the scholarship?

This University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship is valued at $20,000. And its renewable for the duration of your course if you achieve the minimum grades.

Who is eligible

To be considered for this entrance scholarship, you must meet the criteria below:

1. Be an international student

2. Be entering first year in any undergraduate degree in the upcoming fall semester

3. Have satisfied the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement

Deadline

Since its an entrance scholarship, the closing date is same with the course application deadline (December 1). So you can no longer be considered for a scholarship once the course application close.
