NNPC/NAOC/OANDO scholarship for 2023

Application for 2022 NNPC/NAOC/OANDO scholarships for undergraduate students has started.

This award is one of the most prestigious scholarships available to students studying in Nigeria. The scholarship scheme provide an opportunity for students at undergraduate level to support their studies.

The scholarship is awarded in two categories:

1. Host/Transit Communities Merit Award – For those from NAOC Host/Transit Communities.

For this category, only indigenes of NAOC Host/Transit Communities in:

Rivers
Bayelsa
Delta, and
Imo States

2. National Merit Award – For those from other communities

Only students studying the following courses are eligible for the National Merit Award:

Engineering
Geology
Geosciences and
Agricultural Science

What does the scholarship cover?

Two hundred thousand naira (₦200,000), paid cash to selected students.

Who is eligible?

Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply for this scholarship:

1. Be a registered Full TIME student in a Nigerian tertiary institution.

2. Be in 100 level at the time of applying.

Please ready scanned copies of the following documents for a successful application.

JAMB Result;
Admission Letter;
O’level Certificate;
School ID Card;
Birth Certificate;
Local Government Certificate;
Letter from Community Paramount Ruler (For only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award);
Letter from CDC Chairman (For only Applicants for Host Communities Merit Award);
Passport photograph (white background, 450px by 450px not more than 200kb);

Enter your name, new password and email address
Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions
Click ‘Register’ and you will immediately receive a link in your email
Open your email, click the link to activate your account
Log back into the scholarship page to complete your application
