MTN scholarships for 2023/24 academic year

Application for MTN scholarships have started for the 2023/2024 academic year. This may be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

Each year, MTN awards scholarships to students studying in Nigeria. These scholarships are offered in three categories.

1. MTN Science and Technology Scholarship

2. MTN Scholarship for Blind Students – for students who have a blind disability

3. Top 10 UTME scholarship – for top 10 scoring candidates in utme

What does the scholarship cover?

The scholarship provides ₦200,000 naira (paid every year) till you graduate.

NNPC/NAOC/OANDO scholarship for 2023

Who is eligible?

Candidates who meet the following criteria can apply for this scholarship. Take note of the criteria for the scholarship category you fall under.

MTN Science and Technology Scholarship

1. Be in 300 level or HND 1.

2. Be studying a science and technology related course at a university, poly, or college of education.

Applicants from polytechnic must have a CGPA of 3.0 (upper credit) in their OND. And must have secured admission into HND program.

3. Must have a CGPA of 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (second class upper credit) at university or college of education.

MTN Scholarship for Blind students

1. Be in 200 or 300 level (ND 2 or HND 1 in poly). However, blind students studying Law must be in 300 level at the time of applying for this scholarship.

2. Be studying any course at a university, poly, or college of education.
