Salford international excellence scholarship is open to international students who want to study for an undergraduate or postgraduate course in the UK.

Successful applicants are awarded up to £5,000.

i. This international excellence scholarship is provided by University of Salford, Manchester UK.

ii. This award is offered every year to international students who wish to study at Salford.

Which programs are covered?

All undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Salford are eligible for funding.

Which nationalities are eligible?

International students from any country can apply for this scholarship.

Who can apply?

Primarily, you must hold an admission offer from University of Salford UK in order to apply for this scholarship.

However, you are particularly encouraged to apply if:

1. You are from a region where no specific scholarships are available.

2. You have an offer to study an undergraduate (bachelor’s) programme and have gained advanced entry, so will begin your studies in year two or three, rather than year one.

3. Your talents complement University of Salford’s Industry Collaboration Zone strategy, which brings you and Salford together with industry to work on global challenges.

4. You have professional experience gained through work, extra-curricular activities, or your own creative or entrepreneurial projects.

Salford international excellence scholarship application must be submitted not later than the deadlines below:

5 April 2021 (round 1).
17 May 2021 (round 2).
28 June 2021 (round 3).
