International students from any country can apply for this scholarship. Citizens and permanent residents of Canada are not eligible.
Who can apply?
To be considered for this undergraduate scholarship, you must:
1. Be an international student (non-Canadian citizen paying international tuition rate) entering any direct-entry college at the University of Saskatchewan.
Recipients of this scholarship are eligible to receive the International Student Entrance Scholarship in addition to a Guaranteed Entrance Scholarship.
