Studying at a school of nursing typically take three years. The 3 years involve teaching, hospital posting, and submitting a supervised project. Then you’re awarded a certificate in Nursing and Midwifery.

But you may ask; what is the difference between College of Nursing and School of Nursing? They are similar but not the same.

A college of nursing offers both Nursing and Midwifery. But a school of nursing don’t have approval for midwifery programmes. So anytime you see College of Nursing, just know that you can do Midwifery there too.
