Nursing is one of the most lucrative profession in Nigeria. Not only does it have good job opportunities after school in Nigeria, it also present plenty opportunities to work abroad.

So if Nursing science is the course you have decided to study, then you have made a great choice. Although there are still other good courses to study in Nigeria.

Nursing is a noble profession. The study of Nursing science is a great way to contribute your quota to the health sector.

Nurses are a core part of a healthcare team. They often work closely with medical doctors in any given health situation. With a degree in Nursing (called B.Nurs.), you have plenty of job and career opportunities.

Remember, studying nursing at a university not approved will deny you the chance to go for service. And eventually, you won’t be able to practice as well.

    1. No. It’s not a requirement to be admitted into the school of nursing. Though most candidates who seek admission into nursing school often wrote jamb the same year and selected other universities as first choice.

    Please help me. I intend to change university form for my daughter and I was considering Bayelsa Medical University. I’ve checked through, it’s not accredited. Even Ondo Medical University too, was not listed as an accredited school by NUC. Please help me. Please. This is kind of urgent. Thanks
