How to apply for UNICAL CES degree admission 2021/2022

The management of University of Calabar welcome application from interested candidates for admission into UNICAL CES degree programmes for the 2021/2022 session.

About UNICAL CES

UNICAL CES (Centre for Educational Services) is a five (5) years degree programme that lead to the award of a bachelor’s degree in selected courses.

However, it lasts for four (4) years for candidates admitted through direct entry (DE).

UNICAL CES degree admission requirement

To qualify for admission into the UNICAL CES degree programme, candidates must possess ANY of the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of five credits (5) at O’level (WAEC, NECO, GCE) in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at a maximum of two (2) sittings) (for UTME candidates). OR

2. A Diploma or National diploma (OND) or Advanced Level (A-Level) or other post-secondary certificate in addition to the O’level requirement above (for Direct Entry candidates).

How to apply for UNICAL CES degree 2021/2022

Please follow the steps below to apply:

Step 1: Get JAMB Registration Number:

1. Visit a JAMB CBT centre (or accredited cyber café) to create a JAMB Profile on www.jamb.org.ng/efacility

2. Once complete, log-in to your profile on the jamb website. Then click “Part-Time Registration”. At this point, you will be required to pay three thousand, five hundred (₦3,500) charged by JAMB.

3. Once complete, you will be immediately issued a JAMB registration Number. Ensure you print the JAMB Registration Slip.

Now that you have a JAMB registration number, you can now apply directly for UNICAL CES degree programme.

Step 2: Buy UNICAL CES application PIN

How to get UNICAL CES degree application pin 2021/2022

UNICAL CES application pin costs ₦15,000 (Fifteen thousand naira only).

There are two ways to obtain UNICAL CES application pin. You can use either of two ways, depending on which is convenient for you.

First method:

You should be able to get the UNICAL CES pin through this method anywhere you are in Nigeria.

1. Walk into any recognized bank in the country.

2. Tell the cashier you want to pay for UNICAL CES application pin through etranzact.

3. Then pay the sum of ₦15,000 only.

4. You will immediately be given a payment slip that contains the CES application pin.

5. Leave the bank and go to any computer centre to register for UNICAL CES degree programme.

Second method:

Buy the application pin online at UNICAL CES application page

Log in with the TRANSACTION ID to complete the CES application form.

Application is open and deadline will be updated later.
