a. Hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized university.
b. Have an evidence of registration with professional body, as well as NYSC discharge certificate.

2. Intern Nurses
a. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized university.
b. Have a temporary practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
However, the Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia says applicants who acquired their Nursing degree before 2017 are not eligible to apply for the internship.

a. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Radiography from a recognized university.
b. Have professional registration and practising license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria.

a. Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from a recognized university.
b. Have evidence of registration with the Pharmacists Registration Board of Nigeria (PRBN).

5. Intern Medical Laboratory Scientists
a. Hold a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS) degree from a recognized university.
b. Have evidence of registration and provisional license from the Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria.

6. Intern Dental Technologists
