The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) scholarship offers a partial opportunity to study at University of Oregon, USA.
This scholarship is available to international students who wish to study at the university starting from 2023.
Scholarship Package
Successful candidates of this scholarship receive a partial tuition-waiver scholarship. According to the University of Oregon, this ICSP scholarship is renewable each year till the completion of your degree, provided you meet the requirements of the program.
Who can apply?
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the University of Oregon for Fall 2023 by January 15, 2023.
2. be an international student. Applicants who are citizens or permanent residents of the USA are not eligible.
3. must show sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship and meet the minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA requirement.
More so, successful applicants must have:
- Demonstrated financial need
- Experience participating in cultural activities
- Demonstrated performance and presentation skills
- Strong academic records as well as
- Strong communication skills.
How to apply

1. Log on to UO scholarship application page.
2. Submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application and the ICSP Scholarship Application.
Deadline
The ICSP scholarship application including reference letters must be submitted latest February 17, 2023. Please refer to their website for more information.
