Want to study in Canada? A variety of international scholarships are currently open to study at University College Brescia, Canada.
These scholarships are available to incoming international students for undergraduate and graduate studies.
What’s in the scholarship?
Below are the scholarships available, their amount, eligibility and deadline.
Global Leader Award
- $6,000 applied to the student’s tuition account for the 2023-2024 academic year, and
- A shared ensuite residence room in Clare Hall for the 2023-2024 academic year.
To be eligible for the Global Leader Award, you must meet the following criteria:
- be a new incoming student to Brescia entering Year 1 undergraduate or preliminary year and paying international fees
- be registered as full-time students at Brescia University College
- have achieved a minimum 80% admission average based on final grades
Deadline: May 1st, each year.
International President’s Award
The scholarship covers:
- Up to $5,000 for an incoming undergraduate student and up to $2500 for an incoming preliminary year student to apply towards academic tuition for the 2023-2024 academic year
- January Start Students (incoming Year 1 undergraduate or Preliminary Year student) will receive half of the award to be applied to the January term and the other half of the award to be applied to the following September term
But the International President’s Award is a one-time scholarship. It is not renewable.
To be eligible to receive this scholarship, you must:
- be a new incoming student to Brescia entering Year 1 undergraduate or preliminary year and paying international fees
- meet minimum admission requirements for their program.
- be registered as a full-time student at Brescia University College.
Deadline: Application close by November 15th, 2023, for January start students. For September entry, application by May 1st each year.
