Application is now open for the 2022 School of Environment, Geography, and Geosciences (SEGG) masters scholarship to study for a master’s degree in the UK.

This scholarship is available to international students to study a full-time taught masters at University of Portsmouth, UK.

This scholarship is valued at 50% off your master’s course tuition fee at Portsmouth.

Below are the eligible courses for this scholarship:

MSc Engineering Geology
MSc Geological and Environmental Hazards
MSc Environmental Geology and Contamination
MSc Crisis and Disaster Management
MSc Geographical Information Systems
MSc Coastal and Marine Resource Management

Who can apply?

To become eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Be a self-funding student. That is, you are sponsoring yourself to school without a scholarship.

2. Achieve a first or upper second (2:1) class in your undergraduate degree.

3. Be offered admission into University of Portsmouth and accept the admission before Monday 4 July 2022, for study commencing in September 2022.

How to apply for the scholarship

Before you apply, it’s important to know that University of Portsmouth awards this scholarship to candidates based on the highest GPA score. Those candidates must have also met the other criteria above.

Apply for this scholarship latest 4 July 2022. If your application is successful, you will be notified by Thursday 14 July 2022.
